People at the Popsugar.tv were lucky enough to chat with Balthazar Getty and Malin Akerman about their possible returns to TV, as well as the Arquette sisters and their Thanksgiving traditions at the MOCA event on Saturday. A possibly pregnant Rachel Zoe was also on hand. The stylist donned a loose fitting black dress, but stated it was for “comfort.” Other celebrities shared the carpet with Rachel, including former assistant Brad Goreski.

Arquette sisters and their Thanksgiving traditions
Patricia receives OneXOne Difference Award
Patricia was recently honored with the Difference Award from the charity, OneXOne, which was founded by Matt Damon to help children in need all over the world. At the Third Annual OneXOne Fundraiser Gala, held in NYC on October 27th, Patricia was honored for her work in Haiti, and with her charity, GiveLove.org, with the Difference Award, presented by OneXOne.
Matt Damon presented Patricia with the award and spoke glowingly about Patricia’s devotion to the people of Haiti, and the fearlessness with which she took on the task of providing sustainable housing, sanitation, and clean water solutions for the poorest people of Haiti, in the most dangerous part of Haiti.

Patricia to visit students helping to rebuild Haiti
Upon her return from a humanitarian two-week trip to Haiti, actress Patricia Arquette will visit welding students at Robert Morgan Education Center in South Miami-Dade who are working with her Give Love Foundation to build doors and roofing trusses for new housing in Haiti.
The American Welding Society teamed up the welding students with Arquette, an Emmy Award-winning actress, and fashion designer Rosetta Getty, to help build 54 housing structures on a one-acre site in Cite Soleil, Port-au-Prince. The units will be constructed out of shipping containers and provide immediate relief for displaced families who are currently camped at the L’Athletique d’Haiti soccer field.

Patricia raises $100,000 for homeless in Haiti
Patricia was on a recent whirlwind fundraising trip for her charity, the Give Love Foundation, and raised an incredible $100,000 at one private event. Great news for her and the people of Haiti who are benefitting from her incredible charity and her mission.

Patricia starts “Give Love” for Haiti
Patricia Arquette and Rosetta Getty have started a foundation called Give Love to help the people of Haiti to rebuild after the earthquake. Their first project is to build temporary housing for some of the people who are still displaced after the quake. Future projects include developing low-cost, safe waste management systems, water treatment systems and so forth.

She will also be appearing on a press radio tour on Thursday, March 25th to talk about her work in Haiti, and her organization.

85% of the winning bid on this auction item will be donated to the American Red Cross to support emergency relief efforts in Haiti. Assistance provided by the American Red Cross may include sending relief supplies, mobilizing relief workers and providing financial resources.
