There are so few good television series anymore, this one really stands out. My second favorite to Medium is Ghost Whisperer, so kudos to CBS for recognizing the market and for fearlessly airing two such similar shows side-by-side I refused to watch Ghost Whisperer in the beginning, annoyed with the copycat aspect, and concerned it would usurp the Medium audience, since it was on at a better time. But once I finally succumbed, I was an instant fan. Now I will be able to get all of my television watching done in one night, and I won’t have to wait for the stupid football season to end to see my favorite show!
    Thanks CBS!!!

This is the first time in my (68!) years that I’ve attempted to contact a network to protest one of the shows they had ‘dumped.’ Since I couldn’t find a way to email NBC, I did a search for “Patricia Arquette” and found your website. Much to my delight, I learned that CBS had the good sense to pick up one of my favorite shows. The writers are terrific and the actors (all of them) are second to none. HOORAY!!

  7. Pontessa says:

Oh whew! This is my favorite show and I can’t imagine not seeing you and your beautiful TV family. Yeah!

  8. LA says:

Best news I’ve heard all day! Thank you!

  9. Smiley says:

I am so glad Medium is moving to CBS. This is the ONLY show I watch on NBC, except for Heroes, and I am not sure I will watch it next season.

There are so few series that show more of a real character who isn’t “perfect” and in her imperfections is human. My fear that NBC, in its absolute stupidity, would drop this show for Jay Leno doing a primetime show? Lets see how long that lasts…ahem. But, that Patricia Arquette has no qualms being who she is physically and emotionally as an actress is a breathe of fresh air. Hollywood is so remiss in their presentation of characters and here is an EMMY winning show with a good following and they choose to miss out on its possibilities. CBS…good for you. You know quality when you see it. NBC can’t seem to understand that a show like this is much better than the trash of “Celebrity get me out of the jungle” or whatever it is (not worth my time knowing the name of it) So, thank you Patricia, thank you CBS, thank you thank you thank you. I also hope Patricia that when you direct and produce that you start bringing in more “real” looking actors like you. Humans are much more interesting than what Hollywood deams to be the Soccer Mom…Also, you need a best friend…someone quirky. Again…thanks CBS

First, THANK YOU CBS for picking up “Medium,” my favorite TV show. I love the new time slot, right after “Ghost Whisperer.”

I am very discriminate in my TV watching and would have been so disappointed if this show hadn’t continued. I love the premise of the show, the acting, the DuBois family and their dynamics – in other words, I love everything about it. It is the show I look most forward to watching.

Kudos to Patricia Arquette and the rest of the cast for their superb acting!!
